View the summary of a SAP Datasphere Catalog synchronization

After you synchronized SAP Datasphere Catalog, you can view the summary of the results. This shows the impact of the synchronization on the assets in Collibra Platform.

Steps

  1. Open the Activities list.
  2. In the row containing the SAP Datasphere Catalog synchronization job, click Result.
    The Synchronization Results dialog box appears.
    Note 
    • If anything changed, the information about the total number of resources that were added, modified, or removed as a result of the synchronization are displayed.
    • In case of errors, you can receive additional information about the error.
  3. Optional, if you selected the Save Input Metadata checkbox when the capability was created, click Download to save the extracted metadata file.

Tip The Job ID is useful when troubleshooting your synchronization process with Collibra Support.
